Prices
Our prices are under constant review but this should not affect your order. The price the customer will pay for an item will be as shown for that item at the time the order is placed. All prices shown on the website are in British Pounds Sterling £. All prices are without VAT.
Contract
The contract between the Minihan Group and the customer applies when payment is received by us and you have received confirmation by e-mail that your order is accepted. Products are available for download after the payment is cleared.
Products and License
Our online products are delivered as pdf or Excel format files. Some of our modules include videos: the link to each video is in a download pdf file. You can access the video from that link.
You are licenced to use the Minihan Group download material and videos for an individual making the purchase.
By accepting these terms and condition, you agree to an instant download when the product download is activated, and you lose the 14 day right to cancel with download products and services.
International Customers
If the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
Security and Payment
All payment details are encrypted when the payment is taken by Stripe using a website secured by Stripe. The SSL certificate can be viewed by clicking on the padlock in the browser. We trade in accordance with the laws and statutes in force in the United Kingdom.
Ordering
Our products are described with a product code, description, specifications and price.
We use Stripe to take your card payment: Visa, Delta, Electron, Mastercard
- Select your products in the shop pages.
- Select the options, then add to your shopping cart.
- Then carry on shopping!
- View and change your shopping cart by clicking the shopping basket icon.
- Proceed to checkout from the shopping cart. You will be asked for your billing details in customer information.
- Review your order, and make any required changes.
- Complete the Stripe payment details
- Review and agree to the terms and conditions. This is important!
- Place your order.
- When payment is complete, you will receive a download link and confirmation email.
