Hi, I’m Janice, founding director of Minihan Group alongside my husband, David.

We’re Australians who moved from Brisbane to Burnley in 2014. We’ve been active property investors since 2007 and still own property back in Australia as well as here in Lancashire.

After our young family, property is our number one passion. We also love meeting new people and learning new things whilst passing on our own knowledge and experience to our clients. That’s what’s helped us build four businesses in our first five years.

At Minihan Group we stand for one very important thing – creating the win-win. We simply won’t get involved in any deal that isn’t a win-win for all parties involved. That’s how you create long lasting, successful relationships with good people who do good things. If we do the right thing by our investors and all who we deal with, we know we will be successful. And then by extension, if you’re on board with us, you will be too.

We’ve developed the ‘source – refurb – furnish – let’ framework to take care of everything for you if you want to invest in high yield areas in the north of England but lack the time or inclination to be involved in the day-to-day.

Having never been to Burnley, I had no idea what to expect or where to start when it comes to investing in the area. The familiarisation day was very helpful and interesting and I enjoyed talking all things property. We were driven around the different areas and Janice was knowledgeable about each area and the strategies that would work in them.
